We Care for Our Carers
We understand that our carers will do an excellent job if they are happy and confident in their role and abilities. As such, training is an essential part of our team induction process. We offer all new staff induction training and an annual update course. Additionally, all team members receive specialist training throughout their time with us, and we have a specialist carer support team who offers assistance, advice and a listening ear to all our carers.
